Es ist Weihnachtszeit in Pontypandy. Sarah möchte mit Norman den gesamten Kai der Stadt in das 'Pontypandy Wunderland' verwandeln, doch leider fällt nicht eine einzige Schneeflocke vom Himmel. Eine selbst konstruierte Schneemaschine soll aushelfen, gerät allerdings völlig außer Kontrolle. Und auch im weiteren Verlauf kommt es immer wieder zu kleinen und großen Rückschlägen.
