Ein TV-Bericht über den rätselhaften Fall eines Komapatienten erinnert Jochen an die Ereignisse in der Grafschaft Arnstein. Der 16-jährige Sebastian war in der Nähe von Mordians Gruft, die vor fünf Jahren zerstört wurde, leblos aufgefunden worden. Jochen verfolgt eine Spur, die ihn mitten ins Moor, zum Kloster "Heilig Blut" führt.
