Ce matin, tout le monde a eu 10/10 à l'interrogation de tables de multiplication. Tous sauf Simon. Il a dit : 3 x 2 = 4, les autres ont explosé de rire et l'affreux Ferdinand l'a traité de nul. Vexation + colère = Simon est très malheureux. Heureusement, grâce à un conseil de sa maman et à une idée géniale surgie au coeur de la nuit, Simon trouve un truc pour retenir, mais surtout pour comprendre ce qu'est une table, au juste. Et il va en profiter pour battre Ferdinand aux billes !
