Every human body has an incredible capacity to regenerate itself. It is capable of tremendous physical achievements. Just how much show top sportsmen, Eastern martial artists and ballet dancers. Yoga has known this for centuries. Yet anyone can learn to use it to help themselves.
It is through the Hara Chakra that this so-called extra ability to strengthen immunity and regeneration is activated. There is nothing magical about doing this, it is simply about focusing, imagining and knowing how.
The Hara chakra is a very powerful energy. Working with it needs to be done with care. If you do it carelessly, you may end up feeling nauseous, disoriented, uptight, or in any other way uncomfortable.
You'l learn the general steps in Track 2 - the Preparatory Meditation. Following this, Track 3 will teach you how to work towards opening the Hara Chakra. And keeping it active for several minutes in complete silence. Without supporting sounds, melodies or text and nothing else to distract you from focusing.
Use Track 4 once you have mastered these necessary steps to open this chakra, activate its energy, use its special energy, and slowing it down towards the end. I only guide you with my voice at three specific moments: the starting proces, activitating the Hara chakra and finally tuning down and ending the meditation. In this way you'll learn to maintain your focus as best as you can.
