Die Blocksbergs bekommen neue Nachbarn im Haus schräg gegenüber. Diese laden die ganze Nachbarschaft zu einem netten Begrüßungsfest ein. Etwas später passieren seltsame Dinge in der Umgebung: Bernhards Auto bewegt sich von selbst, eine Mülltonne raucht und es gibt Farb-Schmierereien.
