In 1894-1895, the famous 'The Jungle Book' and 'The Second Jungle Book', Kipling's true masterpieces, were published. The tale of the Miracle of Purun Bhagat is about an ascetic who, with his pious deeds, earned the respect of people so much that a temple was built in his honor and a mountain was named after him.
