In the year one thousand nine hundred and ninety -five, the Algerian thinker Malik bin Nabi issued his book 'The problem of culture', through which he tried to implement a new approach in study and analysis, which he drew from his livelihood directly to Western civilization, and from his practical and theoretical studies in France as well, until he was able and according to that curriculum To reach the understanding of the initial elements in culture more deeply, as psychoanalysis employed in determining the cultural character of the individual in the Islamic world, then he started accordingly, trying to develop an educational program that can be applied.
