Nach einem Autounfall kommt Annas kleine Cousine Nora auf den Ponyhof im Mühlental und Annas Familie kümmert sich um das geschockte Mädchen. Doch nichts scheint zu helfen, bis Nora schließlich ihre Liebe zu den Ponys entdeckt und nach und nach auftaut. Gar nicht so einfach für Anna: Auf einmal dreht sich alles nur noch um Nora.
