内容简介： 房户营村的村民们因不满老支书房守本卸任之后由其子房光民接任，也不满房光民上任之后的腐败行径，由房守现牵头，动员村里在县城教书的老师房国春到县里去告状，几经周折，终于告倒了房光民，然而房国春却发现，新上任的支书是房守现的儿子，而且照样腐败，只不过从明里转入暗里，还有变本加厉之势，与此同时，自己与房守本家结了仇，家人在村里受尽辱骂，于是房国春继续告状上访，最后落得家破人亡的结局。
