Summary
In Agatha Christie's short story, The Lemesurier Inheritance," Poirot and Hastings are asked to keep an eye on the heir of a Northumberland estate. The house, thought to be cursed since the Middle Ages, is the locale of several recent near-death accidents for the young boy and rumors of the curse increase.
