Byl jednou jeden starý dům a ten byl tak zchátralý, že se za něj ostatní domy styděly. Malému chlapci, který bydlel naproti přes ulici, se ale moc líbil a díval se na něj celý den i celou noc. Jednoho dne se chlapec dozvěděl, že v domě žije opuštěný starý pán. Rozhodl se, že to tak nenechá.
