Thirty-something jeweller, Emma Hamilton, returns to her childhood home town of Tingara, a charming historic village in the foothills of the Victorian Alps. Builder, Malcolm Webster, commutes to Tingara from nearby Bendigo each weekend to work on restoring a beautiful old Victorian homestead.
