Die Karls wollen zu Halloween eine große Feier auf ihrem Hof veranstalten. Als die Erwachsenen allerdings kurzfristig ausfallen, muss die Karls-Bande die Party-Vorbereitungen auf eigene Faust stemmen. Doch die Planung der Dekorationen, der musikalischen Unterhaltung und der Verpflegung für das Fest werden durch immer neue Hiobsbotschaften torpediert. Ob das Fest schließlich erfolgreich über die Bühne geht, entscheidet sich erst in letzter Minute in einem fulminanten Finale.
