Superhelden retten Menschen, aber dabei geht auch einiges zu Bruch. Deshalb beschließt die Regierung, dass die Helden ganz normale Bürger werden müssen. So wird aus Mr. Incredible der Versicherungsangestellte Bob Parr. Als Bob jedoch die Möglichkeit bekommt, wieder ein Held zu sein, greift er zu und tappt in die Falle. Zum Glück lässt ihn seine Superhelden-Familie nicht im Stich und dann wird es unglaublich spannend!
