Summary
Two swindlers pose as tailors and offer to supply an emperor with beautiful clothes that are woven from fabric so fine, you can only see it if you're smart enough. The emperor hires them to create a magnificent new garment for him so they set about working... but the swindlers don't plan to make anything at all.
