Niklas, Linus und Melissa - Mitglieder der Pfadfindergruppe "Pollution Police" - retten ein Mädchen namens Karolina, das vor ihren Augen in einer U-Bahn-Station zusammenbricht. Die Diagnose der Ärzte: Überdosis! Karolina gehört zu einer Gruppe von Heimkindern, die gegen ihren Willen von einer skrupellosen Gangsterbande als Drogenkuriere eingesetzt werden. Die kleinen Pfadfinder beschließen, die Kriminalpolizei bei ihren Ermittlungen zu unterstützen, und begeben sich bei der Spurensuche direkt in die Höhle des Löwen.
