Johann Mühlbauer ist Kochlehrling im Schlosshotel in Lendnitz, einem idyllischen Dorf in Kärnten. Sein Leben könnte viel einfacher sein, wenn er nur ein bisschen so wäre wie sein großes Vorbild Bruce Willis. Doch leider meint es das Schicksal nicht gut mit ihm. Johann stolpert über Leichen wie andere über Steine. Erst findet er seinen enthaupteten Chef, dann folgt eine Leiche auf die andere. Nebenbei trifft er auch noch seine Traumfrau, doch die scheint unerreichbar. Eigentlich kann ihm jetzt nur noch Bruce Willis helfen. Eine rasante, spannende und aberwitzige Reihe von Ereignissen hält das Dorf und Chefinspektor Fritz Reichel auf Trab.
