内容简介： 汉武帝刘彻(前156年-前87年)是汉代最重要的皇帝之一，景帝刘启第三子，母王美人，4岁时被封为胶东王。因受景帝姐姐刘嫖的喜爱，7岁立为皇太子。汉景帝后三年(前141年)，16岁的刘彻登上皇帝位。第二年，首创年号为'建元'。从此，我国历史开始用年号纪年。 他在位期间（公元前141年－公元前87年），通过一系列政治、军事、经济和文化的改革，开创了汉朝的盛世，奠定了中国封建社会的基础。
