Im Baumloch der Zooeiche findet Nicky Nasenbär einen Umschlag - mit einem Elefantenkopf darauf. Otto nimmt an, dass sich darin ein Brief an Benjamin befindet. Doch niemand kann die geheimnisvollen Zeichen entschlüsseln. Noch am selben Tag bemerken die beiden eine seltsame alte Frau, die an der Eiche etwas zu suchen scheint.
